Michael Schiavone is a graduate of Dickinson College and Motorcycle Mechanics Institute. Before becoming a professional writer in 2000, he worked as a stockbroker, bartender, and Web content editor. Schiavone is the author of the novel Call Me When You Land and a collection of stories, You’d Be Crazy Not to Love It Here. He lives with his wife and son in Gloucester, Massachusetts, where he also works as an emergency medical technician.
