Adedayo Agarau

Adedayo Agarau, a finalist in Narrative’s Sixteenth Annual Poetry Contest, is the author of the chapbooks Origin of Names and The Arrival of Rain. His debut collection, The Years of Blood (Fordham University Press, 2025), received the Poetic Justice Institute Editor’s Prize for BIPOC Writers. A 2023–2025 Wallace Stegner Fellow at Stanford University, he earned an MFA from the Iowa Writers’ Workshop and lives in Oakland, California.
