Nadia Ibrashi was born in Cairo, Egypt, and is a physician who retired from private practice in 2007. In addition to fiction, she has published poetry, and her essay “The Muse and the Road Less Traveled” was anthologized in It’s Worth the Struggle: Inspiration for Contemporary Writers. Ibrashi lives in Troy, Michigan.
